ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
We are pleased to be able to ship our products worldwide. For pricing and delivery estimates, please see below. All delivery times vary with each shipping location and are calculated from the date of dispatch. Please note, all timeframes are estimates only, which are provided to us by our shipping partners. All international orders will be shipped via our chosen courier, which varies by country.
Please Note: We cannot accept any orders to a PO box and any orders lost as a result of being shipped to a PO box are not our responsibility.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Padel and Ball is not liable for delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
Padel and Ball has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If you have any concerns about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and is returned to Padel and Ball, original shipping costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
SHIPPING DELAYS

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Padel and Ball is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
PRE-ORDERS
Please note: Pre-order items are dispatched only once stock has arrived at our warehouse.
Any shipping method selected at checkout (including Next Day or Express) applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Estimated shipping times shown on this page do not begin until the pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped.
